Star of the Sea before renovation

Before: Star of the Sea Living Area

Before the renovation, this open living area featured beige walls, tan tile floors, and dark charcoal sofas paired with a rustic wood coffee table. The kitchen had white cabinetry with dark wood bar stools. While the arched windows and Gulf and pool views were already a strong foundation, the dated finishes and heavy furnishings didn't fully showcase the home's potential.

✦ After: Star of the Sea Living Area

After the renovation, the space was transformed with crisp white walls, wide-plank wood floors, black-framed windows, and a modern kitchen with a textured tile backsplash and woven pendant lights. Relaxed coastal furnishings in white, navy, and natural textures now let the Gulf views take center stage, creating a fresh, inviting look that stands out to guests.
Making Memories kitchen before renovation

Before: Making Memories Kitchen

Before the renovation, this kitchen had traditional white raised-panel cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and beige tile floors, paired with heavy carved wood barstools. It was clean and functional, but the mix of styles felt a bit dated and didn’t give the space a cohesive, coastal look that stands out to guests.

✦ After: Making Memories Kitchen

After the renovation, this kitchen came to life with a green herringbone tile backsplash, white shaker cabinets with brass hardware, and a warm wood-toned island topped with white quartz. Wood floors, open wood shelving, a pot filler over the stove, and gold pendant lights tie it all together, creating a bright, cohesive coastal kitchen that guests will remember.

Before: My Beach Alibi Living Area

Before the renovation, this space had dark leather furniture, warm wood floors, and dated décor. While it was functional, the room wasn’t living up to its full potential on the rental market.

✦ After: My Beach Alibi Living Area

After the renovation, this space was transformed with light walls, coastal artwork, and a bright, open feel. The results speak for themselves: this home went from $40,000 to over $150,000 a year in rental revenue after Beyond Blue’s renovation.
Shipwatch master bedroom before renovation

Before: Summer Lovin' Master Bedroom

Before the renovation, this bedroom had beige walls, wall-to-wall carpet, and a dated matching headboard and nightstands paired with green ceramic lamps and floral wall art. While the Gulf views from the windows were a great asset, the plain, outdated look didn’t make the most of the space.

✦ After: Summer Lovin' Master Bedroom

After the renovation, this bedroom was refreshed with white shiplap walls, light wood floors, woven pendant lights, and rattan nightstands, finished with soft linens and large pink egret art above a slipcovered headboard. New curtains and a clean, airy palette now frame the Gulf views, giving the room a relaxed, inviting coastal feel guests will love.
Shipwatch master bath before renovation

Before: Star of the Sea Master Bath

Before the renovation, this master bath had a raised jetted tub set on tiered beige stone steps, a marble-surround fireplace, and a glass-enclosed shower with chrome fixtures. Beige walls, wood-look floors, and horizontal blinds made the large space feel heavy and dated.

✦ After: Star of the Sea Master Bath

After the renovation, a sculptural freestanding soaking tub now sits in a bay of black-framed windows that fill the room with natural light. Crisp white walls, white mosaic tile floors, and an open walk-in shower with matte black fixtures give the space a bright, modern spa feel.
