What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is typically after 4:00 PM and check-out is before 10:00 AM. Exact times for your home are listed under "Things to know" on each property page and in your booking confirmation.

Is there a minimum age to rent?

Yes. The person making the reservation must be at least 25 years old. Families with children and infants are welcome.

No, pets are not allowed at our properties.

What is your cancellation policy?

The policy that applies to your stay is shown at checkout and in your booking confirmation, and it can vary by home and dates. Refunds are issued under that policy and may take several business days to appear. We recommend purchasing travel insurance for added protection.

Do I need to sign a rental agreement?

Yes. You'll receive a rental agreement to sign electronically after booking. Please sign it within two days, or the reservation may be subject to cancellation.

What supplies are provided at the home?

Each home comes with a starter pack of Gilchrist & Soames bath products, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher pods, sponges, coffee and laundry pods. Once these run out, guests are responsible for restocking.

What do I need to use a golf cart?

For homes that include a golf cart, we need a card on file, a copy of your driver's license, and proof of insurance for everyone who plans to drive the golf cart before you arrive.

Is Wi-Fi available?

Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is included. In busy areas like 30A, speeds can occasionally be slower during peak season due to high guest traffic.

Are parties or events allowed?

No parties or events are allowed without our prior written approval. Guests are asked to follow each home's occupancy limits, quiet hours and any HOA or community rules.

Is there a security deposit or damage hold?

We may place a temporary hold on your payment method to cover incidentals or damage. Guests are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear during their stay.

Can I have mail or packages delivered to my rental?

Mail and packages can't be delivered to the rental homes or condos. If you need something shipped during your stay, you're welcome to send it to our office instead. Contact our team for the address.
